i can't believe how little work the other processors do here at this company. i just took over an LO from another processor and am looking at her files ad re-stacking so I knwo where everything is and:
1. THE FILES ARE A FREAKIN' MESS. seriously. i have no idea how this girl, or anyone, would be able to find anything in there.
2. they don't do ANYTHING in the system that we're supposed to use. what's the point of having a system if you don't use it?
3. they don't do anything for the underwiters. like calculating income (EASY) or putting correct taxes and insurance in the file (EARIER) or putting a correct payoff amoutn in the system (EASIEST!).
cheese and rice mary! now i know why the UWs like me as a processor. :)

That's just ridiculous. Stuff like that makes me angry. How does this world even function when MOST people are like that?
ReplyDeleteI'm reading this book right now called "Linchpin" by my favorite blogger. He talks about people who make things happen. You are definitely one of these people. They are very lucky to have you, hopefully the new underwriters appreciate you more.
