the dragon lady is being extra super whorish this week because she knows its our last week together.
from THROWING (not kidding) files on my desk, to snide back-handed comments about "well, you're not going to be busy for too much longer" (because i'm ONLY busy with HER files), to daggers galore coming out of her eyes at me, to blaming me for any little thing she can and not paying me on her files, she's truly making our last week working together a great pleasure.
i know she's being extra mean because she's gonna miss me and she's trying to make it so i don't miss her. i'm used to that, my daddy did it before he would go out on the boat!
HAHAHAHHAAHAHA!!!
*sigh* i would like it to be monday now.

oh my god, i just confirmation on the not paying me for my files thing. that was just conjecture until now.

so wait, she has a choice whether to pay you for closing her files?
ReplyDeleteyep. see, the bank pays us $25 per loan that we close through them and then the loan officer pays us what they feel our work is worth on the loans we close for them.
ReplyDeletenow you should also remember, most loan officers average about $3000-$5000 per loan closed, so another $25-$100 is not really an issue.
every loan officer at the company pays their processor. all of them. except for her. for the last month. and this month too.
