so, california has the whole medical marijuana thing going on, right? and you need a prescription to get it, right?
i wonder if you can put your medical pot on your 125 card and have your year's worth of pot pre-paid and taken out of your paycheck before taxes? tax-free pot.

Your 125 is federal though correct? They don't recognize the state law.
ReplyDeleteit's a federal program, yes, but the program states that it can be used to pay for prescriptions. so, in theory, if you have a pot prescription, you could use that "flex-spending" account.
